The Ramadan 2018 Edit

Ramadan 2018 Fashion

Ramadan 2018 is just around the corner, and I’ve rounded up a selection of kaftans and conservative dresses for the occasion.

It’s no secret that modest dressing is the backbone of my wardrobe. Cocoon-like fabrics, high-collared Victoriana dresses, floor length hems, and voluminous sleeves are my go-tos. An aesthetic that has definitely been perpetuated by a 25-year (and counting) long stint in Dubai, I actually look forward to Ramadan capsule collections hitting shops each year, because I find solace and excitement in the stunning silhouettes.

The first day of Ramadan 2018 this year is likely to be on May 16 or 17, depending on the moon, meaning we’ve got just under a month to curate a conservative capsule collection that I’ll wear on repeat throughout the summer.

Whether you’ve got a special Iftar booked or you’re just looking for a more modest silhouette to adopt come mid-May, my Ramadan 2018 edit has got you covered.
