You know what? Saturday brunching in Dubai is seriously underrated.
Especially when it’s somewhere as stunning at the Four Seasons’ beach-side restaurant, Sea Fu. The restaurant, in all its wooden beamed and supple blue decor glory, sits right on the edge of the sea, so you just can imagine how stunning it is during the cooler months, when you can sit outside and soak it all in. As with most of Dubai’s 5 star resorts, the service was flawless, with extremely friendly and polite staff welcoming us from the moment we pulled up to the hotel.
Serving up seafood with an Asian influence, Sea Fu’s brunch concept sees the food delivered straight to your table with no input from anyone but the chef! All you have to do is pre-warn your waiter about any allergies, then sit back, relax and enjoy the four course meal that will land in front of you. Favourite dishes of the day were undeniably the Okonomyaki Omlette (which is a Japanese omelette), the sushi and sashimi platter, fresh grilled prawns and Akami Pizza. The best thing about the food they served was that it was all fresh, light and healthy, and didn’t leave you feeling full, guilty and sluggish at the end. In terms of drinks you’ve got three different packages to choose from. Dhs295 will get you soft drinks, Dhs410 includes sake and prosecco and it’s Dhs545 for champagne package.
And the added bonus? If you’re driving, leave your car in the valet parking, and for Dhs90 the hotel staff will clean the entire thing – inside and out!
